Shipping policy
Dorti's Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Destinations:
- We ship to all 50 US states, including P.O. Boxes and military APO/FPO addresses.
- We also ship to Canada, much of Europe and selected other countries. International shipping rates are shown at checkout.
2. Shipping Costs:
- Standard shipping (US): free when your picks, straps and other DORTI items add up to $45 or more. Under $45, standard shipping is a flat $5.52.
- Made-to-order items: some tees and posters are printed and shipped directly by our print partners. Their shipping is charged separately and shown at checkout before you pay. Framed fine-art posters ship free within the US.
- Expedited shipping: available on some items at an additional cost, calculated at checkout based on the delivery location.
3. Processing Time:
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
4. Delivery Times:
- Standard shipping: Delivered within 7-12 business days from the date of dispatch.
- Expedited shipping: Delivered within 5-8 business days from the date of dispatch.
5. Tracking Your Order:
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and carrier information.
6. Shipping Carriers:
- We use a variety of shipping carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
7. Lost or Damaged Items:
- If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at info@dorti.co or (805) 920-4777 for assistance.
8. Changes to Your Order:
- Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. Please contact us as soon as possible for any order modifications.
