Dorti's Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Destinations:
- We ship to all 50 states in the United States, including P.O. Boxes and military APO/FPO addresses.
2. Shipping Costs:
- Standard shipping: Free on orders over $100. For orders under, a flat rate of $5.52 applies.
- Expedited shipping: Available at an additional cost, calculated at checkout based on the delivery location.
3. Processing Time:
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
4. Delivery Times:
- Standard shipping: Delivered within 7-12 business days from the date of dispatch.
- Expedited shipping: Delivered within 5-8 business days from the date of dispatch.
5. Tracking Your Order:
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and carrier information.
6. Shipping Carriers:
- We use a variety of shipping carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
